Skip MCP first-connect setup

MCP agents can skip an unfinished first-connect setup so blocked tool calls unblock without finishing onboarding.

Improved

  • MCP first-connect setup -- if unabyss_setup is open but you have not finished, a blocked tool call offers to skip setup; accepting records the setup as skipped and unblocks your tools.
