Connection setup fixes

GitHub repo picker opens right after OAuth; integration lists retry transient load errors before failing.

Improved

  • Integration lists automatically retry transient load failures up to three times before showing an error (repos, channels, teams, calendars, vaults, and similar pickers).

Fixed

  • GitHub repo picker opens after OAuth on onboarding and Connections when no repositories are selected yet — same behaviour as Slack, GitLab, Linear, and Jira.
