MCP setup handoff and Obsidian sync fix

MCP setup is now three steps with a guided first prompt at the end; Obsidian and Trello sync work again after Clear all context.

MCP setup handoff -- after setup finishes, choose I want to see what Unabyss can do for me for a guided prompt over your real context, or I'll ask myself to drive from here.

MCP setup -- three steps now: connect apps, choose what to save, add the system prompt. The skills step is gone; skills stay available whenever you ask for them.
MCP setup pickers -- each option shows its recommendation and trade-off again instead of losing that context.
MCP setup system prompt -- the last step closes on a clear add-or-skip picker.

Obsidian sync -- notes sync into memory again after Clear all context. Notes still appeared as sources, but sync failed and nothing was indexed; the next sync recovers affected notes with no reconnect needed.
Trello -- the same fix applies to Trello Power-Up push after Clear all context.
Obsidian and Trello sync -- a sync you deliberately abort (vault disconnected mid-sync, context purged) no longer reports a misleading Import stale (no heartbeat) failure three minutes later.
