Background import reliability improvements behind the scenes.
Improved
- Interrupted background imports recover more predictably after worker restarts — recent syncs retry; older interrupted runs finalize instead of staying stuck.
Fixed
- Stale failed-import cleanup no longer trips on imports still linked to saved memories.
